All fish is vacuum-sealed or placed in leak-proof containers to prevent cross-contamination and preserve freshness. Orders placed before 6:00 PM can be scheduled for next-day delivery. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10:00 AM, subject to availability.

During checkout, you can select your preferred time slot. We send SMS notifications when the delivery driver is 30 minutes away from your location. Weekend deliveries are available on Saturdays with slightly adjusted time slots. Sunday deliveries can be arranged for bulk orders above 5kg with advance notice.

All our fish meets these quality markers before being approved for sale. We receive daily shipments and never sell fish older than 48 hours from catch.

Each delivery includes a quality guarantee card with the catch date and origin information. If you receive fish that doesn't meet freshness standards, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange immediate replacement or full refund. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayNow, bank transfers, and cash on delivery. Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways with encryption to protect your financial information. For regular customers, we also offer monthly billing options.

Cash on delivery is available for orders under SGD 200. For larger orders, we require online payment or bank transfer before dispatch. For immediate consumption within 24 hours, store fish in the coldest part of your refrigerator (0-4°C), preferably in the original packaging or wrapped in plastic. Place it on a plate to catch any drips. If you plan to use it within 2-3 days, keep it in an airtight container with ice packs, changing the ice daily.

For longer storage, freeze the fish immediately upon receipt. Remove from original packaging, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, then place in freezer bags removing as much air as possible. Label with date and type. Properly frozen fish maintains quality for 2-3 months. Thaw frozen fish in the refrigerator overnight, never at room temperature. We stand behind our product quality. If you receive fish that doesn't meet freshness standards or is damaged during delivery, contact us within 2 hours of receipt with clear photos. We will arrange immediate replacement or issue a full refund including delivery charges. No questions asked for valid quality concerns.

For order cancellations, you can cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before delivery incur a 20% processing fee. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible, but you can refuse delivery at your door for a full refund minus delivery costs. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

If delivery cannot be completed, our driver will contact you to reschedule. The order will be returned to our facility and kept refrigerated. We can attempt redelivery the same day for an additional fee, or schedule for the next available slot at no extra charge. In cases where the order cannot be redelivered within 24 hours and the customer is unreachable, we reserve the right to dispose of the product and charge a restocking fee of 30%.
